Chefs Holly Warner and Kaylie Satterfield will be using the fall harvest to create a special field to table Dinner.

Cocktail Hour/Passed Hors d’oeuvres

  • Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Medjool Dates with Arugula

  • Proof Bread with Herbs and Herbed Butter with Local Olives

  • Fall Harvest Mixed Greens with Sweet Potatoes, Glazed Local Pecans, Toasted Farro, Pomegranates served with Honey Vinaigrette.

  • Browned Butter Curd with Roasted Rainbow Carrots

  • Bourbon Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  • 24 Hour Braised Short Rib
