Tomato Salad on Focaccia
This recipe is more of an idea than a recipe. A quick toss of super fresh, sweet tomatoes with a little olive oil, balsamic and salt. Then a quick focaccia bread with a nice salt and pepper topping. Great to add as a side to roasted chicken, or add to your meat and cheese board.
