In this cooking demonstration, you will learn how to use the produce that comes in the farm boxes to make a delicious and nutritious dish! You will also get an opportunity to sample the food while learning about the amazing, positive benefits of including the nutrient dense produce in your diet. The class will be held in Final Assembly located inside of Barnone.

About The Chef:

Sarah is currently getting her Masters in Nutrition through the University of New England. She has her bachelors in Nutrition and Foods from Northern Arizona University, but is pursuing a graduate degree to become a Registered Dietitian. Sarah has a passion for food, science, and cooking and is excited to share her knowledge at Agritopia Farms.
