Daily Photo Permit
Agritopia Farm offers a variety of stunning backdrops for your photography sessions year-round! We take great care in maintaining our property to ensure it remains a picture-perfect setting for you & your clients.
To help preserve this space, anyone looking to host a photography session on our property must purchase a Daily Photography Permit and abide by our posted policies, which you can review here.
What is included in the Daily Photography Permit
Access to the common areas of Agritopia Farm which include but are not limited to: the community garden, vine pathways, biblical garden (the area at the center of the pathways surrounding our farm fields & community garden), the car park in front of The Coffee Shop, areas near/in front of the white house in front of The Coffee Shop, etc.
The permit will allow you to shoot on site from Sunrise to Sunset. There is no limit on how many sessions you may conduct during that timeframe if you are looking to host more than one session on the day you intend to purchase your permit
What is NOT included in the Daily Photography Permit:
Access to the orchard. Those require a different permit which have limited days/times of availability. You can learn more about these permits and explore the dates we have available here.
Staff-only areas or beyond fenced-off sections that are clearly labeled.
Things to consider before you make a purchase:
Unlike our other permits, DAY PERMITS CANNOT BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE, DAY PERMITS MUST BE PURCHASED ON THE DAY THAT YOU PLAN TO BE ON PROPERTY. They can be purchased on site at our Farm Store or online. The date on your receipt must match the date you are shooting at the Farm.
Your receipt/order confirmation serves as your permit while on-site. Please retain a copy that is easily accessible in case a staff member requests proof of your permit
Daily Permits are non-refundable! Please ensure you only book your permit if you are for sure going to host your session on property that day. If you are unable to make your session,your spot will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Please note that if you are found on-site without a valid permit, you will be asked to immediately end your session and leave the property. If you continue to violate this policy after an initial verbal warning, further action may be taken, including involvement from local authorities and restrictions from future photography sessions on the property.

Just a few things to remember:
Please do not bring any large props. Smaller items; blankets, small flag banners, etc. are ok, but please no huge balloons or furniture.
This permit is NOT for the Orchard or Farm area beyond the white fences. Please stay on the designated pathways or in the Community Garden.
