Orchard Permit
Orchard permits are only available during select dates and times. This exclusive area provides a stunning backdrop for your portraits, making it a sought-after location for photographers and their clients!
What’s included in your permit purchase:
This permit allows you to photograph your session/sessions in the orchard during the set time, which currently includes 3 hours before sunset.
In addition to special access to our orchard, this permit also acts as a daily permit allowing you to photograph in all other PERMITTED areas of the Farm the entire day!
Important details to consider before you make a purchase:
Your receipt/order confirmation serves as your permit while on-site. Please retain a copy that is easily accessible in case a staff member requests proof of your permit
Orchard Permits are non-refundable! Please ensure you can attend your selected date before booking. If you are unable to make your session, you may transfer your permit to another person. If you do not transfer your permit, your spot will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
In the event of weather-related issues or unforeseen farm circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that if you are found on-site without a valid permit, you will be asked to immediately end your session and leave the orchard/property. If you continue to violate this policy after an initial verbal warning, further action may be taken, including involvement from local authorities and restrictions from future photography sessions on the property.

Just a few things to remember:
Please do not bring any large props. Smaller items; blankets, small flag banners, etc. are ok, but please no huge balloons or furniture.
Please do not pick the fruit. We will ask you and your clients to leave if we see you picking the fruit.
No pets are allowed in the orchard.
Be mindful of other photographers. We have limited the number of photographers at a time to ensure you all have adequate space, but just be aware that you all are there and give each other space.
Please do not remove the orange tape on the trees - it has a purpose.
There are beehives in the far west end of the orchard. You may want to advise your clients in case anyone needs to bring an epipen.
And lastly, take out everything you bring in.
